I'm excited to start off this journey of self-build with a sequence of emails that explore different subjects which are all relevant to Self and Custom Build sector.
From your feedback, Finding Land and understanding how Planning can be obtained are some the most pressing areas faced for the current subscriber base.
We are fortunate enough to have several experts signed up who have been incredibly supportive of BADSBA in the past and have expressed their desire to continue to support the group.
We also have some accomplished self-builders from various parts of South England and South Wales.
The subscriber demographic is wide and so is the subject of self and custom build, so we have lots to work through!

Join Our Community
Retired architect Paul Richards has expanded a Self-Builder Community on Facebook, which he has graciously handed over. This unites our collective network to approximately 650 individuals who are interested in, or are actively engaged in, self and custom building.
